Refund Policy - the basics

Due to the nature of our body care products being handmade, personal-use items, all sales are final for sanitary and safety reasons. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been shipped.

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of “delivered” status so we can make it right.

To request a replacement or report an issue:

Email us at ilcollection@nebaministry.org with your order number and clear photos of the product(s) in question.
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with next steps.
If approved, we will send a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
IL Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
All products are carefully packaged and inspected before shipping to ensure quality and freshness.
