Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Because our products are made in small batches to preserve freshness and quality, processing times may be slightly longer during restocks, new releases, or sales events.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

We currently ship within the United States.

 

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing

 

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.).

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.

If an address error is made, contact us within 4 hours at ilcollection@nebaministry.org.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email ilcollection@nebaministry.org within 48 hours days of “delivered” status.

Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and our team will be happy to assist in resolving the issue.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to the nature of our handcrafted and hygienic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us via email or phone—we’ll always do our best to make it right.
